About The Event

Thank you to our Practice Member, Denny with Country Boys BBQ, who will be preparing the amazing BBQ meats for this picnic. Donations toward your plate of food will benefit Hands For Life - Forest Lakes, offering affordable health care to those in need in your community and it will also benefit Living Free Together, supporting military famlies. You are always welcome to donate more when you arrive at the cook-out.

PLEASE PICK ONLY ONE OF THE DONATION AMOUNTS YOU WOULD LIKE TO CONTRIBUTE. THE FOLLOWING PAGE WILL ASK HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL ATTEND THIS EVENT.

Compete in our "Sides & Desserts" competition. If you believe you have a winning Macaroni & Cheese, Beans, Miscellaneous Sides or Dessert, then enter it into the contest. Who will win our Jubilee trophies? Sign-up for a category HERE.

Jubilee will provide all paper products, lemonade, and salad for the picnic. We will also have fun activities inlcuding corn-hole and 50/50 raffles.
