Safety & Support:

COVID-19 Response

At Jubilee Family Chiropractic we are committed to helping families reach their fullest potential during this uncertain and difficult time.

Essential Healthcare Service

As we continue to respond to the ever-changing environment around COVID-19, the safety of our patients, staff and doctors is our highest priority. We understand that new information surrounding the changing landscape of our everyday routines has many feeling concerned.

As we navigate this situation, Jubilee Family Chiropractic is relying on guidance from national and local chiropractic associations and healthcare organizations to direct our actions. Many, including the International Chiropractors Association, view chiropractic care as an essential healthcare service that can be used by patients with a wide array of health conditions.

As a result, we are open, and we remain committed to providing convenient and affordable chiropractic care in our local community. We know that many will continue to have healthcare needs that can be helped through chiropractic care, and we feel a responsibility and commitment to our patients. We are able to work with everyone's budget with and without health insurance. Please take a look at our non-profit, Hands For Life - Forest Lakes, that is helping families during this difficult time.

We are closely monitoring recommendations and protocols established by the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as our state and local health departments. We pledge to communicate if our position needs to be modified as the COVID-19 circumstances develop.

Health Protection Policy

As a precautionary measure, we have implemented increased hygiene routines, monitoring and operations protocols and are following clinic procedures outlined by healthcare organizations and leading authorities within the chiropractic profession.

We are asking that our patients monitor their health and, if they experience signs or symptoms of the flu or coronavirus (COVID-19), they refrain from visiting the clinic for 24 hours after the symptoms have resolved.

While in the clinic, patients are asked to abide by well-documented safety precautions such as using hand sanitizer or hand washing facilities, avoid touching their faces after contacting surfaces, and sneezing or coughing into their elbows, instead of their hands. If they want to wear a mask, that’s perfectly fine with us.

We are also reducing the number of patients allowed in the waiting area, in order to increase the space between work areas and patients.

Not only is hand sanitizer available to our chiropractors between adjustments, but it’s also available to patients. For the comfort of other patients, our team members have also been directed to wash their hands after working with patients.

It goes without saying that we ensure our equipment, and the environment we provide, is as clean as our patients expect. But we have increased our cleaning routines for commonly touched areas or equipment, so you can rest assured that we are wiping down the adjusting table, and as always, replacing face paper on the head piece after each patient.

Now Offering TeleConsulting/Health

Welcome to the future of healthcare. The inability to travel to our office should not interfere with you getting high quality care or the continuation of your care plan. Video consults allow our providers to assess the severity of your pain and provide at home pain management recommendations specific for your symptoms.

Educating practice members about their health has always been our top priority. Utilizing your computer or smart phone a video consultation can be set up from the comfort of your own home. Let us provide you with the tools you need to improve your health.
